Payment is required upfront, unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance.

Payments are invoiced via Square or PayPal.

For payment plans, work will not be completed or delivered until full payment has been received.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time, particularly in cases of inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour.

Prices listed are base prices. Final cost may vary depending on complexity, design, or additional elements.

Commissions are custom artwork and may take time to complete.

As I am disabled and experience chronic pain (including wrist issues), my working capacity is limited. Turnaround time may range from a week to several months, depending on queue size, commission type, and life circumstances.

You may post your commissioned artwork anywhere, provided that proper credit is given.

You may not remove or obscure my signature.

Commissions are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Commercial use (including selling merchandise or generating profit) requires prior discussion and agreement.

You are allowed to create personal-use items (e.g. prints, stickers, gifts) as long as they are not sold.

I retain the right to post commissioned artwork on my website, social media, and portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

If you would like your commission kept indefinitely private or not shared publicly, this must be discussed before work begins and will incur an additional fee.

Short-term delays (e.g. for gifts) are fine if discussed in advance and do not incur an additional fee.

I do not allow my artwork to be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any related technologies under any circumstances.

I primarily draw animals, creature designs, and animal-inspired characters.

I generally do not draw humans.

I may decline requests involving complex mechanical elements (e.g. vehicles or detailed armour).

I only work in my own style and will not replicate another artist's style.

I will not create explicit or adult content involving minors.

I will not create hate or discriminatory content (including racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, ableism, etc).

I will not create any content that is illegal to produce.

If you're unsure whether your idea is acceptable, feel free to ask!

I will provide work-in-progress (WIP) updates at key stages of the commission and give you the opportunity to request changes.

Minor revisions (eg. small adjustments to colour or details) are generally free. Significant changes may incur an additional fee.

Corrections for mistakes on my part will always be free.

Once a stage is approved, further changes to that stage may incur an additional fee.

Changes to linework after rendering/colouring has begun will incur additional costs.

Please don't hesitate to request changes during the process. I want you to be happy with the final result!

A full refund may be issued if the commission is cancelled before any work has begun.

Once work has started, refunds will be partial and based on the amount completed.

Once the commission is finished, refunds are no longer possible.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and will issue a refund appropriate to the progress made.

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in the client being permanently blacklisted from future commissions.

In such cases, all rights to the artwork are forfeited, and I reserve the right to resell the artwork to recover losses.
